McKenna Brown is an energetic, passionate person who is making a difference.  McKenna is the creator of My Wonder Woman Journal. After the birth of her 4th child, she suffered from extreme postpartum depression and anxiety. Through that journey, she found healing in writing. McKenna through her own struggles with mental health has turned her pain into purpose. She is now a mental health advocate and helps women of all ages and girls through retreats and programs that she has created to help them see and recognize the strengths within them through journaling. McKenna commands every room she walks into with her loving energy.  You are going to be blown away by her amazing story.
