Dr. Shannon Ritchey is a light that shines bright!  Dr. Shannon is a physical therapist, long-time fitness instructor, and biomechanics expert. She founded Evlo Fitness, a virtual fitness platform that seeks to create strong, fit bodies, with less joint wear and tear. Shannon is from Kansas and currently lives in the LA area. 

Dr. Shannon has a podcast called Fit Body, Happy Joints where she discusses how to improve your fitness and wellness, all while limiting joint pain and other negative side effects of exercise, to truly optimize and preserve your body. Shannon uses neurology, physics, and anatomy principles to challenge common damaging mindsets and trends to encourage routines that move the needle for your fitness results and your health.
