Rachel Koontz is a kind, compassionate person who shines bright in this world.  Rachel is a writer, 4-time author, yoga teacher, ultramarathon runner, and master-level Reiki practitioner from northern California. She is a graduate of the Northwestern University creative writing program and writes the award-winning yoga blog ‘Alive in the Fire.’
