Nelson Lee started an LLC called Building Brain Waves, where he speaks about the misconceptions around what it really means to improve your mental health.  Nelson struggled with poor mental habits that eventually got him diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, and Depression.  However, through years of sifting through therapists, digging through online resources, and learning on his own, Nelson realized that these diagnoses aren’t permanent.
