Kell Bjorn is an inspiring person who is dedicated to helping others! Kell has been very involved in the suicide prevention space. After a friend of his in WA took his own life, Kell decided to open up about his own history of depression and started a podcast called “Stick Around – A Suicide Discussion.”
Each episode is a conversation with other passionate individuals focusing on improving others’ mental health and discussing reasons to “Stick Around”. He finds that the more open he is about his own struggles with mental health, the happier he is and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
