Founded in 2020, Heartfelt Help Foundation helps Bay Area transplant recipients both afford and source the medically required post-transplant housing that, for most transplant recipients, necessitates relocating temporarily to within a short distance of their hospital.
Denise has been featured on numerous podcasts to discuss organ donation, heart disease, and the need for accessible housing in the San Francisco Bay Area.
