Shay Martin: Resilience of the Human Heart

Episode #478

Grief is something every one of us will face in this life… but very few people talk about it honestly.

On this episode of the Beliefcast, I sit down with Shay Martin, a licensed therapist, grief advocate, and powerful voice for those navigating love, loss, and healing.

After walking beside her husband Tanner through a five-year battle with stage IV colon cancer, Shay found herself facing one of the most difficult realities imaginable—becoming a young widow and solo mom.

Instead of hiding from the pain, she chose to share her story.

Today, Shay helps people all over the world understand that grief is not something to fix or rush through. It’s something we learn to carry… and through it, we discover the depth of love that still remains.

This conversation is honest, raw, and incredibly powerful.

If you or someone you love has experienced loss, this episode will touch your heart.

Listen to her inspiring story on the Beliefcast, Apple Podcasts, and all streaming platforms.
